It includes a description of your home (both a legal description and the street address), financing information, homeowners association information (if applicable), and additional legal provisions.

Applying for Your Loan

Once the Purchase Agreement has been signed, arranging the details for financing is next. To assist you, we may suggest lenders that will be appropriate for your specific financial situation.

Your New Home Selections

This applies to the exciting process of decorating your new home with your personal selections. Part of the fun of buying a new home is choosing colors and finish materials. These selections will be make at one of our Decorating Centers where we can assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Construction of Your Home

We expect and welcome your visits to your new home while it is under construction. Please consult your Homeowner Manual for comments on the construction process and site visits.

Homeowner Orientation

One of the most important components of our customer service program is the Homeowner Orientation. Much thought and planning has gone into developing this valuable introduction to your new home. The Homeowner Orientation assures your satisfaction with your new home, and will help you to become familiar with its many features, and addresses many important maintenance items.

Closing on Your Home

The closing on your home takes place shortly after your orientation. Typically taken place at the title company, our office will set an appointment for you where the exact location and time will be confirmed. At the closing, the documents necessary to convey your new home to you and to close the loan from the mortgage company will be executed and delivered.

Caring for Your Home

Your home has been constructed with quality materials and the labor of experienced craftsmen. A home, like an automobile, requires care and attention from day one. General homeowner maintenance is essential to providing a quality home for a lifetime.

Limited Warranty

In support of our valuable commitment to build a defect free home, Paramount Fine Homes also provides you with a Limited Warranty. You will receive the signed Limited Warranty documents at your closing.
