We at Paramount take pride in delivering quality homes in a time effective manner.  During the construction, we group the building process into ten separate stages to help our customers follow the progress of their new home.  We encourage you to make site visits at the construction site.  Visits can be scheduled with the builder Monday through Saturday from 9am to 4pm prior to visiting in order to uphold our commitment to safety procedures.

Stage 1 Stake Lot, Permit Sets, Plumbing Rough, Foundation Make-up, Slab Pour, Flatwork, Forms Removed

Stage 2 Frame Walls, Frame Roof, Rough Grade

Stage 3 Cornice, Deck, Shingles, Sheathing, Windows, Exterior Doors

Stage 4 Plumbing Top-out, A/C Rough, Electrical Rough, Fireplace, Ready to Insulate, Inspections Passed

Stage 5 Insulation, Sheetrock, Tape Bed and Texture

Stage 6 Interior Trim

Stage 7 Exterior Brick, Cabinets, Kitchen and Bath Counter Tops, Interior Paint, Bath Tile, Mechanical Trims for A/C, Plumbing, and Electrical

Stage 8 Gutters, Exterior Paint, Patios, Exterior Clean, Final Grade, Fence, Landscape, Attic Insulation

Stage 9 Hardware, Floor Coverings, Wallpaper
